4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after required payment and written confirmation from Thrillora.
• Payment schedules may include advance and balance payment deadlines.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or price revision.
• Applicable taxes, fees, and supplier surcharges may be charged as required.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler details and valid contact information.
• Carry valid identification, passport, visa, permits, and health documents where applicable.
• Verify all booking documents and notify us promptly of errors.
• Comply with airline, hotel, local law, and destination-specific requirements.

6. Changes by Customer

Date changes, itinerary changes, name corrections, or service modifications are subject to availability, supplier rules, and additional charges. Some bookings may be non-modifiable.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation Policy and may include supplier charges, taxes, and processing fees.

8. Supplier and Force Majeure Disclaimer

Thrillora acts as a facilitator for many services provided by third parties. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by suppliers, weather, natural events, political unrest, transport disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrillora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including missed connections, loss of enjoyment, or business loss. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant booking.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content including text, branding, design, and media belongs to Thrillora or respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, commercial reuse, or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit fraudulent enquiries, attempt unauthorized access, or use our platform for unlawful activities.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
